Elsa + Anna Frozen Fever Cosplay

These are our 2nd set of Frozen costumes (also have Coronation Elsa/Wintry Anna & Regal Elsa/Casual Anna) and the ones we plan to wear for Halloween 2015 this year! If it's very cold, though, we'll probably switch with our Coronation Elsa/Wintry Anna costumes instead, though.  

For the FF cosplay, I really wanted super accurate costumes, so I made and hand cast all the clear resin 'leaf' gems all over Elsa's bodice. I added some pale iridescent green dye to the casts so they came out clear green! I then painted the backs with spring green iridescent paint so they'd 'glow' like Elsa's do in the short film---I'm so happy with the results! I also affixed over 500 clear crystal gems all over the leaves, the collar, the flowers, the embroidered flowers and just about everywhere! I used a silver venise floral lace trim for around the shoulder area so it'd sparkle! For my sister's Anna costume, I found a beautiful navy blue minky low loft fabric for the bodice and a really gorgeous gradient teal pattern for her skirt! I can't wait to wear this in October!!!
