|My 1st 'Helsa' (Hans x Elsa) portrait inspired by a scene in my sister's Frozen fanfiction: 'Frozen Again: But the Greatest of These is Love'|
My Regal Elsa and my sister's Summer/Casual Anna cosplay! I made mine for my birthday and I am just in love with it!!! It came out better than I hoped! (I think so, anyway! It’s made from royal purple velvet/velveteen with magenta satin trim, black velvet cuffs and collar, black lace edging on the bottom of the skirt, black suedecloth belt with ultra fancy venise gold lace all around, a black stretch moire bodice with copper trim on the top and gold decorative trim down the front, periwinkle blue casa satin blouse with purple lace trim and the palest light blue gloves with shimmer and faux crystal gems on them. All over the venise lace are faux gems in crystal, pink, dark pink and purple, with topaz gems around the trims on the black bodice. The skirt has double rows of gold 3.5″ fancy floral trim, also with faux gems detailing it all around. Underneath the skirt is a 3 tiered hoopskirt to keep the fullness intact.
Our Elsa & Anna Coronation cosplay!
At first, we didn't think we'd want to make Anna's cape but then at the last minute, my sister said it might be cool weather and she has no sleeves, so we whipped it up in about 45 minutes. We were super lucky to have had just the right size giant blue gemstones for it AND the right color green fabric scraps in our 'fabric closet'!! WOW!
It was so hard to cut out and piece all the rosemaling edging and Arendelle Crocus symbol for Elsa's cape but I really wanted to make it accurate and detailed, so I just kept at it until it was done! For her Sceptre and Orb, I wasn’t even planning on making them until I saw a children’s toy set that I worked on to make more accurate and ‘realistic’ looking. I painted them chrome gold with airbrushing and added azure blue gemstones to the front of the orb. For the sceptre, it was half as long as it needed to be, so I cut it in half, and put a metal tubing pipe in between with some sculpted edging.I hope you like it!! Thank you so much for your kindness!
Queen Elsa and King Hans 11″ Disney Store Customized dolls in their signature formal outfits and wedding attire.
Also shown are their friends–a taller/larger customized Marshmallow, handmade Snowgies and a handmade Sitron the horse.
I actually bought the Frozen dolls way before the film came out—as soon as they were released, I just LOVED Hans and Kristoff’s dolls SO MUCH from their photos on the Disney Store site! I didn’t know who or what they were, but I just fell in love with them at first sight! They were and are, by far, the most gorgeous dolls DS ever produced! Right out of the box, they are near perfect! I mean, look at their sculpted hair in shades and iridescent colors—-for playline dolls?!? Amazing! I redid all the other prince dolls’ hair, just so they’d match Hans and Kristoff, who I just adore in every way!
Anyway, I made Hans have an Arendelle Formal Naval uniform, repainted his hair to be more reddish/auburn, added some painted on light eyelashes and soft freckles. For Elsa, I slimmed her face, then repainted it entirely, having her gaze at Hans coyly. Both he and Elsa have blushing and shading as well for added beauty and realism. She has added real eyelashes as well, that you can see in the close up photo on right side of the collage. She’s the ‘singing’ doll (all my princesses are the ‘singing’ version, except for Pocahontas and Mulan who have not yet been released in singing 11″ size) and is just so beautiful and breathtakingly gorgeous, I think!! I made her gown and used about 500 or more faux crystal gems on her bodice, hips, arms, collar—just everywhere and her cape is lined in a cerulean blue with sparkling silver snowflakes and has her actual ‘fractal’ pattern on the outside! It’s about 22″ long and so impressive! I hope you like her!
Also, I really detest the Disney Store male bodies—it would NOT do at all for the svelte and gorgeous Prince/King Hans, so I removed Hans’ head, cut the neck off with a hobby knife and put it on a modified neck Mattel Fashionista Model slim male body with jointed elbows, wrists and knees! It’s so much more poseable, tall, princely and gorgeous! I first was going to put him on a Hot Toys body but it was too muscular/athletically built for the slender Hans! He’s too beautiful for that! Just look at him on the ‘model’ body—-isn’t he perfect?!?!
I made Sitron for Hans out of a Samson horse, sculpted his face to be a Fjord horse and rooted/restyled his ‘mohawk’ like dual colored hair. I painted him and I really couldn’t be happier with him! He’s really Sitron! I took some photos of Hans and Elsa riding him—if anyone wants to see, let me know and I’ll post.

:hugs and love:God bless to all!!
Princess Anna & [Prince] Kristoff Bjorgman 11″ Disney Store Customized dolls in their signature formal outfits and wedding attire.
Also shown are their friends–Takara Japan Olaf, Custom Made 1/6 Scale Sven, and custom made Grandpabbie, Cliff and a Jakks Pacific Bulda and Little girl troll.
I actually bought the Frozen dolls way before the film came out—as soon as they were released, I just LOVED Hans and Kristoff’s dolls SO MUCH from their photos on the Disney Store site! They were and are, by far, the most gorgeous dolls DS ever produced! Right out of the box, they are near perfect! I mean, look at their sculpted hair in shades and iridescent colors—-for playline dolls?!? Amazing! I redid all the prince dolls hair, just so they’d match Hans and Kristoff, who I just adore in every way! Anyway, my sister made his teal vest outfit and, I repainted Anna’s face, having her gaze at Kristoff. Both he and Anna have blushing and shading as well for added beauty and realism. She has added real eyelashes as well, that you can see in the close up photo on right side of the collage. She’s the ‘singing’ doll (all my princesses are the ‘singing’ version, except for Pocahontas and Mulan who have not yet been released in singing 11″ size) and is just so beautifully adorable!
Also, I really detest the Disney Store male bodies, so I removed Kristoff’s head, cut the neck off with a hobby knife and put it on a modified neck Hot Toys extra tall slim male body with jointed everywhere! It’s so much more poseable, action, gorgeous and he can do almost any pose you can do! Amazing! Just look at him—-isn’t he perfect?!?! Honestly, he’s just so gorgeous on that body—it suits him so well! He’s got a bow and arrow because in my sis’ fanfiction, Kristoff becomes a great archer.
We made Sven because the Mattel 1/6 plastic toy Sven is actually a 1/7 scale Sven and only about 8″ in size! So sad because his face and body are nice—if only they made him larger! So I put a Ty Beanie Babies Sven head on a Disney Store 13″ Sven body (the smaller one, not the large Sven) and it’s just about perfect and actually 1/6 scale! Plus, now he’s so fuzzy and soft!! Kristoff can even ride him! I took some photos of that if anyone wants to see them.
For the trolls, I sculpted Grandpabbie and Cliff, while Bulda and the little girl troll are from an Elsa and Anna Jakks Pacific Toddler doll set. They were so much fun to make, particularly their outfits!!
Anna’s wedding gown is just amazing in person and I spent a lot of time making it to be as accurate as possible to an authentic Norwegian style mid 1800s gown. I gave it a long train with tulle layers and venise lace all around, with added gold and red roses adorning it, and a Norwegian wedding crown with the little bells and flowers! It’s just so beautiful, my sister didn’t want to undress her back into her Coronation gown! Kristoff is wearing a matching coordinating Bunda Norwegian wedding suit and they just make a really awesome and ethnic styled wedding couple, ne?!
In the main ‘banner’ photo and the wedding photos, you might notice that Anna is before she had the new designer hair makeover and new faceup. I took those ‘banner’ photos with all the friends and sidekicks BEFORE her new look!
